Larson Elementary School’s Chess Club is the perfect place for students who love strategy, challenges, and a little friendly competition!

In Chess Club, students learn how to think ahead, plan their moves, and sharpen their problem-solving skills, all while having fun. Whether your child is brand new to chess or already knows how to castle and set up a checkmate, players of all skill levels are welcome.

Through practice games, mini-lessons, and friendly tournaments, students build focus, patience, and confidence. Most importantly, they learn that every move is an opportunity to think, grow, and improve.
